Functional Capacity / Fit to Work assessments

These are generally a two-hour assessment, designed to assess an employee’s ability to carry out the tasks associated with their role. The assessor will observe the employee carrying out the tasks, discuss the nature of any health conditions that may impede their ability, suggest any solutions that may help and ultimately advise if the employee is safe to continue in their role.
